Our steaks come from cattle in Austria, USA, New Zealand, Australia, or Uruguay. Our partner, Wiesbauer Gourmet, only works with selected suppliers who feed natural products and avoid conventional animal husbandry. Each of the different steak cuts is worth trying. Immerse yourself in the variety of steaks and let your palate explore the fine taste differences. It’s the origin of the beef that makes the subtle difference. In the salt climate of our Dry-Ager, the high-quality beef pieces are allowed to mature and breathe in peace. This makes your steak butter-soft.
