Rump ist dabei die englische Bezeichnung f\u00fcr die Kruppe \u2013 also den hinteren, oberen Bereich des R\u00fcckens vom Rind.<\/p>\n<p>Wir empfehlen hierzu ein Glas von der Wiener Trilogie (Rotwein) vom Weingut Wieninger oder ein Glas Chardonnay vom Weingut Mad.
